All Thimble Kiss Co garments are handmade in small batches. Orders are carefully packed and shipped from the United States.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–5 business days.

For limited drops or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated by email.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $5 on all domestic (U.S.) orders.

Orders are shipped via USPS using tracked service.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Thimble Kiss Co is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our items there may not be an option to exchange with a different size.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. We will accept most returns.
